A reputable Pharmaceutical company seeks the services of a results and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: ACCRA
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Keeping and maintaining accurate record of documents and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments on behalf of the MD
- Arranging the office of the MD to ensure that the office is tidy and orderly at all times
- Typing of correspondence, filing and retrieving of documents
- Screening and checking visitors of the MD and ensuring that visitors are well taken care of
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation on behalf of the Managing Director
- Assisting in organizing of events and conferences in the company
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Specialised Knowledge:
An HND in Secretariaship & Management Studies or a 1st degree in any Social Sciences from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy are essentials
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent organizational skills with good interpersonal relations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must demonstrate a high sense of confidentiality
- Must be people and results oriented
