A reputable Pharmaceutical company seeks the services of a results and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: ACCRA

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Keeping and maintaining accurate record of documents and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments on behalf of the MD
  • Arranging the office of the MD to ensure that the office is tidy and orderly at all times
  • Typing of correspondence, filing and retrieving of documents
  • Screening and checking visitors of the MD and ensuring that visitors are well taken care of
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Assisting in organizing of events and conferences in the company
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Specialised Knowledge:

An HND in Secretariaship & Management Studies  or a 1st degree in any Social Sciences from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy are essentials
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent organizational skills with good interpersonal relations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must demonstrate a high sense of confidentiality
  • Must be people and results oriented
