A reputable Pharmaceutical company seeks the services of a results and goal-oriented HR and Admin Officer to join our team

Location: ACCRA

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Assist in the management of Human Resource and Administrative functions of the company

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process
  • Assist in coordinating training activities for the various departments
  • In charge of updating employee leave calendar and employee database on the software
  • Assist in the performance management process of the company
  • Typing of correspondence and filing of relevant documents
  • Assist in the organization of corporate social responsibilities as well as other company activities
  • Assist in all other Human Resource related activities in the company
  • Manage the front desk when necessary
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Specialised Knowledge: A first Degree in Human Resource from a recognized tertiary institution with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Skill set:

  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality
  • Must be attentive to details
  • Must be proactive and innovative
  • Must be people and results oriented
