A reputable Pharmaceutical company seeks the services of a results and goal-oriented HR and Admin Officer to join our team
Location: ACCRA
POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Assist in the management of Human Resource and Administrative functions of the company
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process
- Assist in coordinating training activities for the various departments
- In charge of updating employee leave calendar and employee database on the software
- Assist in the performance management process of the company
- Typing of correspondence and filing of relevant documents
- Assist in the organization of corporate social responsibilities as well as other company activities
- Assist in all other Human Resource related activities in the company
- Manage the front desk when necessary
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Specialised Knowledge: A first Degree in Human Resource from a recognized tertiary institution with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Skill set:
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities
- Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality
- Must be attentive to details
- Must be proactive and innovative
- Must be people and results oriented
