About the job
- Manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
- Training, Leading and coaching agents in the team, to build their knowledge, attitude, skills and habits to improve retention and productivity of the agents.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting weekly and monthly
- Working with key stakeholders in branch to improve retention and productivity of agents through effective lead and prospect management.
- Organizing and being the custodian of all branch meetings as directed and scheduled.
- Ensuring the proper management of selling tools in branch (e.g. application forms) and support in the submission of same.
- Being a leader of the execution of the distribution strategy in branch
Qualifications
- University Degree. Technical Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
- A Team Player & Affable
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and coaching skills; Leadership ability to coach and mentor high caliber of Agents
- Produces results: Directs actions toward achieving key business goals that are critical to company’s success
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and policies and ability to apply procedures
