About the job

  • Manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
  • Training, Leading and coaching agents in the team, to build their knowledge, attitude, skills and habits to improve retention and productivity of the agents.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting weekly and monthly
  • Working with key stakeholders in branch to improve retention and productivity of agents through effective lead and prospect management.
  • Organizing and being the custodian of all branch meetings as directed and scheduled.
  • Ensuring the proper management of selling tools in branch (e.g. application forms) and support in the submission of same.
  • Being a leader of the execution of the distribution strategy in branch

Qualifications

  • University Degree. Technical Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
  • A Team Player & Affable
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and coaching skills; Leadership ability to coach and mentor high caliber of Agents
  • Produces results: Directs actions toward achieving key business goals that are critical to company’s success
  • Strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and policies and ability to apply procedures
