Duties and responsibilities:
- Handles Human resource functions which may include but not limited to salaries and benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and hiring, legal compliance, policy formulation, performance management and labour laws implementation.
- Handles and manages the company vehicles by doing routine checks, ferrying staff, collecting and and delivering packages/documents securely, participates in office tasks especially in loading materials, performs other functions as may be required.
- Handles cleaning duties in the office, provides support in office tasks, monitors office consumables and informs in case of replenishment.
