The underground mining operation has been fully mechanized and designed to produce up to an average maximum of 5,000 t/day of ore mined.
AngloGold Ashanti (Ghana) Limited is seeking an experienced and self-motivated person to join our dedicated team as HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER.
ROLE PURPOSE AND CONTEXT
The Human Resources Manager role is accountable for implementing and continually improving the effectiveness of existing human resource systems and processes, to support the AGAG Unit to achieve its operational and strategic objectives to agreed standards, primarily by leading and managing HR Information Systems and Employee and Industrial Relations.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology / Social Sciences/ Business Administration
Experience
-
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience of which three (3) years should be at a management level with substantial knowledge and experience in organizational development & effectiveness and human resources disciplines within the mining or heavy manufacturing sectors and large-scale transformation
