Orleans Technology Solutions is seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Establishing new clients & business opportunities.
- This position demonstrates excellence in all areas of sales and merchandising standards. If working on a project, ensure that the project gets set down and that the customer and the needs of the customers come first.
- Utilizes dynamic communication skills to build and maintain customer and internal team relationships.
- Create an outstanding buying experience for all customers within the assigned territory
- Execute floor leadership — own the sales process with the Manager; Respond to customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones and directing customer inquiries. Set the ideal example of an exceptional Sales Lead – be the one other Sales Associates look to for guidance on how to succeed.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate in an effective and professional manner with all corporate and retail partners through all permissible media, including social media, emails, and telephone calls. He or she must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Prepare Commercial Offers to Customers after careful consultation with the technical team
- Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures
- Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
- Responsible for the proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint & assigned CRM Tool
- Assist Finance Department in following up on payment of due Invoices
- Achieve monthly sales targets by his or her team as agreed with management while abiding by all loss prevention policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Laboratory, Chemistry
- Minimum 1 year of successful experience in a similar job role
- Prior experience with the use of any CRM tool
- Thorough understanding of Industrial Laboratory and Quality control Measures
- The ability to speak French will be an added advantage
