Job Description

  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
  • Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
  • They should also supervise databases
  • They should also liaise with related organizations and clients
  • They should also provide management with reports and complete secretarial chores.

 

Qualification Required & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience as a teller or in a related field preferred
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products
  • Diploma or HND

Location: Adabraka, Accra
