Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide administrative, logistics and liaison support to the Company to ensure that the Company stays in compliance with relevant Business Laws and Regulations and Company policies.
Primary Accountabilities (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Assist the department /Company in liaising with government departments and other relevant agencies.
- Assist the department / Company in all liaison and corporate affairs duties as required to keep the Company abreast of changes and developments in the mining sector.
- Track progress of documents and permits as required by the Company in compliance with statutory regulations and company policy.
- Assist the department to initiate, follow up and complete filing processes at the Registrar-General Department
- Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation, maintenance of ongoing administrative projects and out of office duties)
- Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by the Supervisor to improve decision-making by Management
- Perform any other related duties based on the exigencies of the Company as assigned by the Supervisor
