Cardinal Namdini Mining Limited (CNML) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Gold Mining Co. Ltd., which is duly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE). CNML is developing its’ primary asset located in the Upper East Region of Ghana with a strategic vision to build a world-leading, highly valuable and responsible world-class gold mining enterprise.

 

Job Description

 

Job Purpose

To provide administrative, logistics and liaison support to the Company to ensure that the Company stays in compliance with relevant Business Laws and Regulations and Company policies.

Primary Accountabilities (Duties & Responsibilities)

  • Assist the department /Company in liaising with government departments and other relevant agencies.
  • Assist the department / Company in all liaison and corporate affairs duties as required to keep the Company abreast of changes and developments in the mining sector.
  • Track progress of documents and permits as required by the Company in compliance with statutory regulations and company policy.
  • Assist the department to initiate, follow up and complete filing processes at the Registrar-General Department
  • Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation, maintenance of ongoing administrative projects and out of office duties)
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by the Supervisor to improve decision-making by Management
  • Perform any other related duties based on the exigencies of the Company as assigned by the Supervisor

 

Required Skills or Experience

 

Minimum qualification (s)
  • First degree in any relevant field
Experience (Minimum)
  • 2 years administrative, support and /or liaison work experience
  • Inner-city driving with valid Ghanaian Driver’s license at least class B
Knowledge (In-depth)
  • Stakeholder & Customer relations management
  • Work and residence permits process
  • Confidentiality management
Skills
  • Ability to learn quickly on the job
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good Chinese language Skills (oral and listening) will be added advantage
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills in relevant Microsoft programs (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Sound information monitoring and management skills
  • Critical thinking and the ability to solve problems
  • Good team Player
