Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for internal and external communications; checking of staff compliance with the dress code policy, conducts of the organization and escalating the Human Resources Manager in case of any issues
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls of all seconded staff by checking with the call center agents
  • Event management
  • Administer recruiting process from strategic sourcing ton-boarding (induction) of employees for all assigned positions
  • Suggest new procedures and HR policies tcontinually improve efficiency of the HR strategic business unit and organization as a whole, and timprove employee experience.
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service temployees in relation tabsence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational development, and contribute tthe development of policies
  • Responsible for data/file management processes (including verification) relating tnew hires
  • Supervise staff registration with HMby handing them over and liaising with the Employee Health Manager
  • Conduction of performance appraisal processes using ICS evaluate software
  • Absence, Attendance, Punctuality, Leave Monitoring & Reporting
  • Manage vendors from start (organizing of exhibitions for sample picking and presenting them tthe HR for executive approval) tfinish (creative design, physical samples approval, payments & arrival of the items) for year-end corporate gift items
  • Supervise the Call Center Agents and Front desk by monitoring their daily activities and ensuring they send in their weekly (Fridays) and monthly (26th of every month) reports
  • Ensure compliance with the expected professional outlook of all internal staff by informing new hires at the point of entry of the dress code policy and reporting defaulters tthe HRM.
  • Conduct client and staff survey.
  • Manage Call Center Projects by working closely with the clients and team tensure all expected results are met.
  • Telemarketing
  • Flight & Hotel Bookings online depending on the locations, airlines etc.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelors degree or equivalent from a Reputable and Accredited Institution of Higher Learning
  • Relevant HR certifications is an added advantage
  • At least Three (3) years experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention tdetail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with attitude tlearn new systems
  • Excellent written and good communication skills is required.
