JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate shall provide technical support regarding customer related issues.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for ensuring technical customer issues are resolved.
  • Test and configure equipment’s such as modems, routers etc.
  • Adherence to Health and safety regulations of the Organization and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Update network/ Data records on completion of job and ensure feedback is given to support team at close of work on daily basis.
  • Ensure systems provided are employed to effective use.

 

Required Skills or Experience

 

EDUCATION

  • Minimum of Degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry.
  • CCNA is an added advantage.
