Job Description:

As a admin, fundraising and social media assistant you will be required to do various tasks each day.

1) Fundraising

• Assisting with funding applications
• researching opportunities
• writing proposals
• using excel to track your progress

2) Social media

• Helping to create content on Canva– pictures and video
• Updating social media
• Organising social media calendar
• Helping to grow following and improve engagement

3) Admin

• Basic administrative tasks including returning emails, proofreading, drafting letters etc

Qualification Required & Experience:

Essential skills

• Very strong written English skills.
• Very strong communication skills
• Previous experience in social media management and content creating
• Strong initiative and creative

Personal skills

• Hardworking and honest
• Efficient
• Focused and target orientated

MUST OWN A LAPTOP AND PHONE THAT CAN BE USED FOR YOUR WORK.
