Job Purpose
- Achieve Land Sales targets for industrial Parks and all other land development projects for Land Holdings Group
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve all Sales target requirements are achieved through a diligent and intelligent approach.
- Locates potential sales deals by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities. ·
- Assist in the planning, designing and implementation of Marketing Communication Efforts
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements. ·
- Design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth and countering industry competition.
- Develop and deliver the Sales plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate sales reports.
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Liaise with various consultants and contractors on the project · Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential ·
- Work closely with the Marketing Communications department to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth and countering industry competition ·
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Any other task assigned by line manager and/or MD

- Minimum of a degree is Sales, Marketing or other related field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales
- Cross cultural experience will be an added advantage.
