Job Purpose

  • Achieve Land Sales targets for industrial Parks and all other land development projects for Land Holdings Group

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve all Sales target requirements are achieved through a diligent and intelligent approach.
  • Locates potential sales deals by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities. ·
  • Assist in the planning, designing and implementation of Marketing Communication Efforts
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements. ·
  • Design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth and countering industry competition.
  • Develop and deliver the Sales plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate sales reports.
  • Build referral and lead generation network.
  • Liaise with various consultants and contractors on the project · Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential ·
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communications department to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth and countering industry competition ·
  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Any other task assigned by line manager and/or MD

  • Minimum of a degree is Sales, Marketing or other related field of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales
