- The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
- They will maintain and enhance the organization\’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular employee orientation in aiding new staff adapt to the organizational culture.
- Designing and carrying out of periodic training for staff.
- Explain the company’s remuneration, welfare policies and the salary calculation process.
- Guide the implementation of monthly performance appraisal of various departments and promote performance collection.
- Handle employee relation events in various departments, such as dismissal, resignation and warning letters.
- Maintain the employee file management work, and carry out regular updates.
- Manage employee labor contracts and probation confirmation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years\’ experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
