  • The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
  • They will maintain and enhance the organization\’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular employee orientation in aiding new staff adapt to the organizational culture.
  • Designing and carrying out of periodic training for staff.
  • Explain the company’s remuneration, welfare policies and the salary calculation process.
  • Guide the implementation of monthly performance appraisal of various departments and promote performance collection.
  • Handle employee relation events in various departments, such as dismissal, resignation and warning letters.
  • Maintain the employee file management work, and carry out regular updates.
  • Manage employee labor contracts and probation confirmation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years\’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
