Position Summary
- As the Technology Solution Delivery Resource, you will work within diverse teams to implement Business Applications and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be required to support our clients to define and implement Business applications and ERP systems :
- Support clients at all stages of the implementation life cycle including scoping projects, gathering requirements and development (full-stack experience)
- Capture and document user requirements in detailed functional specifications and translate those requirements into project deliverables
- Support the design of solutions that meet customer needs in the best and most efficient way possible
- Support the configuration of solutions
- Run feedback sessions with customers and execute testing as required throughout a project
- Run customer facing user training sessions and attend other meetings with clients as Necessary
- Develop technical proposals in response to client solicitations
To qualify for the role, you must have the following:
Education and Academic Qualifications
- A Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science / Information technology or in a related field from a recognised university
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in SAP business applications will be a plus
Technical Skills and Experience
- 7+ years practical experience in software / business application implementation
- Ability to conceptualize and translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions
- Proven DevOps experience on large scale projects
- Experience and detailed knowledge of all aspects of the application development cycle
- Experience in consulting practice would be an added advantage
