- We are looking for High Professional in Tourism industry Sales Manager to work in our office in Accra .
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Tourism Industry ( B2B )
- Perfect knowledges of Tourism Industry operations.
- Proven experience in Group Operations and other areas of the company is a plus
OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Ability to work strategically on the business and also operationally in the business
- Responsible and reliable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership and ability to foster teamwork
- Experience travel in the region and passion for travel
- Problem solving and decision making capacities
- Experience in multinational business group advantageous
- Ability to deal with uncertainties and a fast changing business environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage development of Business strategy
- Monitoring and reporting of company performance (monthly performance analysis report and financial reports against targets)
- Manage product development process to ensure unique and defendable position
- Establish and maintain an effective marketing and sales strategy
- Meet the annual sales target set in the budget.
- Develop external relationships and partnerships and represent the company
- Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
