Description
- As a Trainee, you will go through our training programs for first-year entrants which emphasizes learning, the application of learning, and using digital tools to provide valuable solutions to clients.
During this period, you will
- Get training related to the unit to which we assign you.
- Work under supervision as part of a team on client assignments. This allows you to put theory into practice.
- Learn to use a variety of technology tools to accomplish your assigned tasks.
- To be considered for the programme, applicants must:
- Have completed a 1st degree in a Business, IT, Engineering, Math, or Science related program not before 2021.
- Have no prior work experience except short internships or National Service.
- Have some proficiency in information technology.
- Want to build a career in accounting.

- Applicants will go through our recruitment process, which includes psychometric testing, interviews, and a personality test.
- The selected candidates will be placed in either of the following units – Tax, Audit or Accounting.
