Role Purpose
Work closely with various teams across the Consumer Business Unit (CBU) to identify and solve business challenges by utilizing large structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data in a distributed processing environment
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Perform quantitative analysis of product trends to recommend mass/segmentation decisions.
• Analyse and track customer behaviour to identify trends and unmet needs.
• Prepare periodic and regular reports on prepaid base activity levels and Churn for decision making.
• Monitor the pre- and post-launch performance of products in relation to generated revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with product team to conduct pre and post benefit analysis on new and existing products in the market.
• Assist in developing internal tools for data analysis. Like dashboards, cubes and various reports.
• Analyse large datasets to provide strategic direction to the company.
• Prepare various Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, business administration or economics
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in a related field is generally required.
• Working knowledge of reporting software, such as Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access Reports, Teradata or SQL Server Reporting Services.
