About th Job
- Calculate Heating and Cooling Needs of clients. Determine how much heating and cooling power various equipment must put out in order to heat or cool spaces when
- needed.
- Must Interpret, Design, Draft Plans and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for new construction projects. Design duct-work and piping systems.
- Calculate Ventilation Requirements based on the types of systems needed.
- Determine Budget Costs and write up detailed budget estimates.
- Must be a team player and collaborate with architects and other engineers.
- Adhere to All Building Codes and obtain proper building permits when necessary.
- Must have good customer relations and be analytical in thinking.
- Develop detailed design for HVAC system
