A reputable institution in the hospitality industry in Ho (Volta Region), is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Front Desk Personnel
- Effectively manage front desk duties such as bookings, check-ins, check-outs and receiving phone calls.
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service delivery to the satisfaction of guests
- To provide excellent and satisfactory interface between the facility and guests.
- Should be able to handle administrative duties and must be a computer literate.
- Any other duties as required
Qualification
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
- Be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure without supervision
- Should be a customer service-oriented person.
- Basic computer skill, ability to use Microsoft programs and adapt to new software quickly.
