A reputable institution in the hospitality industry in Ho (Volta Region), is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Front Desk Personnel

  • Effectively manage front desk duties such as bookings, check-ins, check-outs and receiving phone calls.
  • Ensure effective and efficient customer service delivery to the satisfaction of guests
  • To provide excellent and satisfactory interface between the facility and guests.
  • Should be able to handle administrative duties and must be a computer literate.
  • Any other duties as required

Qualification

  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
  • Be a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure without supervision
  • Should be a customer service-oriented person.
  • Basic computer skill, ability to use Microsoft programs and adapt to new software quickly.
