Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and very well organised individual who is passionate about Health & Wellness, to join the MYHEALTHCOP Institute Team as an Operations Assistant. He/ She will handle a variety of tasks including overseeing all of the day-to-day operations at the Institute.
Job Summary
As the Operations Assistant of MYHEALTHCOP Institute, you will be responsible for all duties that are not directly related to instruction which include, assisting the principal in managing the day-to-day school activities, supervising classified support personnel, managing the information technology, coordinating activities such as special events, transportation and building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the Institute has adequate supplies and equipment to meet the needs of the students
- Monitoring the Institute’s budget and financial status on a regular basis to ensure that funds are used appropriately
- Overseeing the Institute’s safety & security procedures to ensure safety of students and staff: disaster preparation, fire drills, student, staff and public safety, and student health.
- Reviewing the Institute’s policies related to student discipline and behaviour management
- Reviewing student complaints and addressing concerns or issues with students or lecturers
- Developing and implementing programs aimed at increasing student achievement and improving the Institute’s culture
- Coordinating with lecturers to develop lesson plans and manage lecture halls activities
- Overseeing maintenance and repair of school facilities, including lecture halls, practicals centres, and sports areas.
- Supervise and evaluate all non-instructional classified staff at the Institute.
- Manage all the Institute’s scheduling, special events, transportation, IT infrastructure, practicals centres, cleaning and general services.
- Maintain equipment, learning materials and supply inventories.
- Monitor student attendance and coordinate efforts to improve student attendance.
- Coordinate with the principal to maintain a positive, safe learning environment for students by enforcing the Institute’s discipline plan.
- Responsible for promoting the school through positive relations with the community, businesses, partners and students.
- Periodic reporting on performance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your Leader.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Education Administration or any Related Fields.
- At least one year post National Service Experience

Experience
- At least One (1) year work experience in this role or any related field
