Food Technologists at G-Oak Consult

G-Oak Consult Ltd. is recruiting Food Technologists (4 positions) for our esteemed client in the manufacturing sector in the north industrial area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating new product ideas and recipes.
• Overseeing the production of food products.
• Ensuring that strict hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Researching products, markets, and technology to improve the existing product offerings.
• Identifying and choosing products from suppliers.
• Ensuring quality and safety of food products.

• Ensure that food-processing areas comply with government regulations and meet standards for sanitation and waste management.

• Maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth start-up for new product production processes.

• Develop specifications for product production labelling.
• Testing and examining samples.
• Writing reports etc.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• Degree in food technology from a recognized educational institution.
• 3 to 4 years of post-graduate experience in the same role.
