Vanguard Life Assurance Limited is looking for qualified person to fill the position of Smart Life Insurance Advisors

Job Description

Responsible for effectively marketing, promoting and selling insurance products. Assisting the Sales Manager to achieve the sales objectives of the team
Very effective prospecting resulting in grand sales close. Handle complaints and explain policy conditions to clients
Attending team meetings
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual sales targets
Organize sales visits, maintain accurate records and reviewing of sales performance

Required Skills or Experience

WASSCE/SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE with passes in English and Mathematics.
Must be 22 years and above.
Past experience in sales will be an advantage
DEGREE/HND/DBS
Must be confident, possess customer relationship skills, and good communicaton skills and have the desire and passion to succeed
Excellent interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness
