Digital Training & National Service Opportunity at AmaliTech

AmaliTech is a social enterprise that harnesses the potential of remote working to build the future of work in Sub-Saharan Africa. We provide employment pathways in the tech sector to young graduates in Sub Saharan Africa, connecting them to the global demand for tech talent. Our headquarters is in Germany, and we have operations in Ghana and Rwanda.

Applicants will be required to complete a coding assessment to understand their strength in coding to assist them in the training programme.

Candidates will enroll in an online and self-paced training for approximately one (1) to three (3) months. Upon successful completion, they would be offered a position as National Service Personnel to join AmaliTech in Accra or Takoradi.

At the end of the national service year, successful NSP will have the opportunity to join us on a career journey.

Who Qualifies: This training is targeted at final year undergraduate students who will be completing their studies this year, 2022, and are available to begin the online IT/digital skills training programme and be enrolled for 2022/2023 National Service.

Your Background: IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Programming (Coding) related backgrounds.

Interest: You have a keen interest in computer programming and software development.
