Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment to the following positions in the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa :SENIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Qualification/Eligibility

• Applicant must possess a Master’s Degree (with options in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations Management) and be a member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) or their equivalents Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).
• Have a minimum of four (4) years relevant post qualification experience at the rank of Procurement Officer in the service of the University or comparable institution or six (6) years post qualification experience in industry or commerce.
• Have at least four (4) publications (Projects/ Position Papers/Proposal/Journal Article) in
  his or her area of specialisation.
