Akesi.ai is a Virtual Assistance and Customer Support startup that provides top-notch administrative, communication, and marketing services to entrepreneurs, corporations, project managers, and freelancers by offering professional, trustworthy, and effective service to its clients.
We’re looking to expand our team with a versatile, multi-talented executive assistant who will play a big part in supporting our growth. You’ll be working with our current assistant to support the Founder; you’ll also occasionally support the Brand and Communications Manager.
WHO WE\’RE LOOKING FOR:
We believe in self-learning, so everyone is encouraged to apply, regardless of qualification, so long as you can prove that you’re capable of getting the job done.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll do a bit of everything. Some of your responsibilities will include task management, content creation, content editing, email outreach, and customer support.
You will also occasionally handle client and customer phone calls, so being well-spoken is a must.
YOU’LL DO GREAT IF YOU ARE:
Creative, open-minded, an excellent writer, highly organized and have an eye for the smallest of detail, capable of anticipating problems before they occur, open to learning new skills (with every new client we get, we almost always have to learn something new), and capable of following instructions.
AVAILABILITY:
You’ll be working 4 days a week on average, less during down-times.
Work is task-based here. So long as you get what needs to be done promptly and on time, how you spend your time is up to you.
