Anowah Afrique Limited is searching for self-motivated and energetic Product Developer who is willing to join the team as an Assistant Production Manager. This ideal candidate will need at least a basic understanding of the processes from development through production and will work directly with the General Manager.

Responsibilities:
  1. Reports directly to the General Manager (Production).
  2. Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
  3. Preparing cost estimates for materials, equipment, and hiring laborers.
  4. Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
  5. Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
  6. Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
  7. Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects.
  8. Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
Requirements:

1. Bachelor\’s or associate degree in relation to production management, operations management, or similar.

2. At least basic knowledge of garment manufacturing.

3. Previous experience working in a related industry is a plus.

4. Proficiency in quality control, managing budgets, and production costing

5. Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns.

6. High stress tolerance – thrives in a high-pressure environment

7. Strong customer awareness and understanding as well as good judgement and decision-making skills.
