IT Support Specialist

I am Emmanuel, recently completed my IT Support Technician course, which is a year course, and also took Google\’s IT Support Specialist course on Coursera and completed it. I also engage myself in cisco\’s academy courses to broaden my knowledge in Networking and Cybersecurity and have completed a series of courses of which the major ones are, Networking Essential, CCNA Security, and CyberOps. I have in-depth knowledge on how to protect a network from an attack and also implement the best ways to prevent these cybercriminals from attacking your business\’ online presence. I want to always learn new things to support my career in Networking and Cybersecurity, so am seeking an engaging IT environment that will teach me more about my field and allow me to utilize my acquired knowledge to better the existence of the Organization. As a means of always finding various avenues to better my skills I have currently joined the Azubi Africa AWS/restart Program to learn more about cloud engineering, which is a three months course.
