Key responsibilities

• Participate in weekly in-patients clinical rounds by the health care Team
• Counsels patients and informs clients about ADR(E)s
• Schedule medication reconciliation, management of drugs related problems and patient education
• Performs administrative tasks including stock ups, generates reports etc.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum Degree in Pharmacy or pharmacology with proven experience as a pharmacist
• With not less than 5 years\’ practical work experience and not less than 2 years experience in supervisory role in a reputable hospital or pharmaceutical
• Must poses a valid professional identification Number
• Certification in management / Administration is an added advantage
