A Reputable Life Assurance Company is seeking to engage the services of Customer Service Executive

  • DEPARTMENT: Customer Service
  • REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Head, Operations
  • DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: N/A

PURPOSE

To provide customer satisfaction, build customer loyalty and increase sales in the Company

DUTIES

  • Assist walk-in clients and visitors
  • Assist clients with enquiries and claims processing
  • Assist clients over the phone
  • Record daily transactions of clients
  • Capture micro businesses
  • Follow-up on clients claim
  • Record incoming dispatch and distribute same to the respective departments
  • Oversee the maintenance of all branch assets and send required invoices where necessary to the Admin. Department
  • Liaise with Admin. Department and account for regular supplies i.e. sanitary items, electricity, water etc.
  • In charge of all day-to-day administrative functions in the branch
  • Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

EXTERNAL RELATION

Relates with service providers i.e. courier service, Telecommunication providers, cleaning, newspaper, water, NIC, waste management, banks.
