Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for ensuring quality of design, implementation and monitoring of The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs funded project, including overseeing timely annual planning, budgeting, and reporting in compliance with all Oxfam and donor requirements and standards.
- The post holder will undertake the appropriate level of training and is responsible for ensuring that they understand and work within the safeguarding policies of the organisation.
- The ideal candidate will have strong commitment to equal opportunity gender equality and the principles of diversity
Experience and Qualification
- A strong team leader with qualification and background in international development or related field of study
- minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience and track record in project management and coordination
- focused on strengthening civil society, women\’s rights, gender and human rights and women economic empowerment in agriculture and mining value chains.
- You will have strong planning and organizational skills with ability to prioritise, coordinate, control and forward plan several tasks with limited supervision.
