Here is how to apply. Follow the steps below:

  1. To begin with, go to https://gespromotions.gov.gh/apnt

2. Next provide the following details in the PERSONAL DETAILS section.

  • First name
  • Surname
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth
  • Region of birth
  • Nationality
  • Marital status
  • Email
  • Phone number

3. Next provide the following details in the CERTIFICATE section.

  • GTLE number
  • University index number
  • NSS number
  • District of NSS posting
  • Region of NSS posting
  • Year of NSS completion

4. Move on to the UPLOAD section and upload your passport picture and your certificates following the steps below:

  • Move to the file UPLOAD PASSPORT PICTURE section. Click on choose file; select passport picture from your files and click on the UPLOAD PASSPORT PICTURE button.
  • Next upload certificates using the above procedure.

5. Next, check and make sure that all details provided are correct and accurate. Remember to check that the areas where documents were uploaded are GREEN and VIEW DOCUMENT should show.

6. Finally click on the SUBMIT APPLICATION button to submit the form.
