Position: Videographer / Editor
Job Purpose
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content for video and social media as a video content creator.
• He / She will record, produce and edit videos for a variety of platforms such as web and social media
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Digital Video Production, Photography, Video Editing or relevant discipline is preferred
• 3+ years experience videography or related work in video editing
• Proficiency in online content production, video editing, animation and motion graphics
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge and experience, including Premiere Pro and Adobe after Effects, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced understanding of cameras, lighting, audio and electrical equipment is required
• Strong knowledge about current video and industry trends
• Strong experience in retouching and photography is an advantage – (but not required)
• Ability to multi-task with little or no supervision
• Strong ability to initiate concepts, project or change process
• Work on multiple projects at once and self-start on projects
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
