Laboratory Technologist at a Manufacturing Company

A manufacturing Company in Tema that is committed to meeting the changing needs of its customers at all times is looking for dynamic candidates with superior skills: Laboratory Technologist

Principal Accountabilities

• Conduct quality inspection of raw materials on receipt, work-in-progress and finished products.
• Provide information on quality inspection and quality defects in a process.
• Inspection of bulk loading trucks prior to loading them to ensure no contamination.

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND Industrial Chemistry or Laboratory Science Technology Certificate;
• At least three (3) years Industrial Work experience;
• Ability to set up, install and operate new laboratory instruments;
• Knowledge of calibration and verification of laboratory instruments and measuring devices;
• Conversant with laboratory Health Safety and Environmental issues;
• Good knowledge of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental ISO Management Systems;
• Analytical and IT literacy
• Must be a person of high verifiable moral character and proven integrity.
